A powerbank is a portable charging battery for mobile phones, which you can rent using our NabilSom mobile app.
No, a deposit is not required. To rent, you just need to have a registered payment card or available credit in the app.
NabilSom powerbanks have a capacity of 6000mAh, allowing you to charge your mobile phone approximately twice.
You can return the NabilSom powerbank to any NabilSom station nearby.
Request a new verification code after 5 minutes. If you still don’t receive the code, please contact us at nabilsom@nabilsom.com.
In this case, please return the powerbank to the station immediately and report the issue in the app under Help -> Report a Problem. We will investigate the issue as soon as possible.
If this happens, please contact us immediately at nabilsom@nabilsom.com and report the loss of the powerbank.
First, make sure to properly plug the cables into their slots on the powerbank, then insert the powerbank into the station with the cables facing down so you can see the LED lights on the powerbank. You can also verify the return in the app under Rental History. The powerbank will show a “Returned” status in the app once it has been successfully returned.
If you decide to rent the powerbank for multiple days or if you've purchased it, you can safely charge it at home using a USB Type-C cable.
