First, make sure to properly plug the cables into their slots on the powerbank, then insert the powerbank into the station with the cables facing down so you can see the LED lights on the powerbank. You can also verify the return in the app under Rental History. The powerbank will show a “Returned” status in the app once it has been successfully returned.
If you decide to rent the powerbank for multiple days or if you've purchased it, you can safely charge it at home using a USB Type-C cable.
